Please note the last shipping date for UK Royal Mail guaranteed Christmas delivery will be before 2pm on 17th December 2023. From 18th December - 21st December the DPD express delivery option must be selected in order to get your parcel in time before Christmas.
Our Surprizeshop HQ office and warehouse will be shut during the Christmas period which is 23rd December 2023 - 1st January 2024. This will mean any orders placed after 2pm on the 22nd December 2023- 1st January 2024 will be shipped on our return on the 2nd January 2024.
This also means our Hemel Hempstead Store Will be closed between the 23rd December 2023 - 1st January 2024.
Please understand we are a family run business and this is the only time of year we get to have off as a family.

For all U.K. orders under £50 carriage is £2.99. These will be sent out with via Royal Mail or DPD tracked and is a standard 3 - 5 working days tracked service. For all U.K. orders over £50 carriage is FREE. These will be sent out with Royal Mail or DPD tracked and is also a standard 3 - 5 working day’s tracked service. We also offer a U.K. Express Tracked Service with DPD at £4.99 which takes 1 - 2 working days with a 2pm cut off. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of recieving it, once your order has been shipped you will recieve an email showing the courier we have shipped it with & the unique tracking reference number. You can track the parcel via https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ or https://www.dpd.co.uk/. You should also recieve notification via email or text on the day of delivery within the approximate time slot for delivery. If you are struggling to track your parcel please get in touch with us so we can assist.
EXCLUSIONS
Service terms may be amended during peak periods. Delivery times - Royal Mail will delivery with your normal post. DPD will text/email you with a 1 hour delivery window, this will be between approx 8am and 6pm. We reserve the right to remove this Free delivery promotion and postal rates at any time. Please note that we quote working days when stipulating the delivery timetable which therefore does not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays
Returns & Refunds:
We want you to be happy with your goods. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods for a full refund within 21 starting from when the goods are received. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days but usually only takes around 7 days from the date we receive your return. There are some exceptions to these rights of cancellation, including where these services are supplied on a specific date or for a specific period or on the sale of customized goods. Personalized/customized goods cannot be returned for a refund. Please note that if you are personalsing a product, it will be created in the exact text you put online and not subject to rights of cancellation.

For UK orders £50 and over returns are free. Simply use the returns instructions included within your order & emailed along with your invoioce. A Free Returns label is available for orders with an original value of over £50. For UK orders under £50 and all other destinations you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Goods can also be returned to our UK ladies golf store in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire just north of London. This is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
