Yes of course! If the item doesn't fit, doesn't suit you or you just don't like an item you have ordered from us we can exchange for another other item on our website. If the exchanged item is less expensive we will refund the differene, if the item is more expensive we can take an additional payment to cover the difference. We are sorry to hear you have not recieved your order yet. We ship all of our orders out via Tracked Royal Mail or DPD dependant on what delivery service you choose & the weight/ dimensions of the parcel. Once your order is shipped you will recieve an email from us to provide you the name of the courier & tracking number so you can track it via there tracking tools. If you're returning from the UK, it can usually take up to 10 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return. Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 10 working days depending on your payment provider. If your returns haven't reached us after the returns timeframe, please get in touch with your proof of postage so we can help you further.

Yes we do! We have a shop fully dedicated to ladies golf based in Hemel Hempstead! We are open Mon-Fri 9-5. We stock all items that you can find online! We also offer a click & collect service.
