Do we have an item in stock?
As a general rule if an item is not listed as being in stock or is altogether not present on the website then we do not have it in stock. However if you urgently need something in particular it is always worth calling us as we may have a sample or an inaccuracy on the website.
How do I log in if I’ve forgotten my Password?
Go onto our website, www.surprizeshop.co.uk and Log In. Then press “Forgot Your Password” and put in your email address that the account is registered on, and submit. This will send you a reset your password link.
How do I track my Parcel?
All parcels we send out are fully trackable. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an order confirmation by email with a tracking number. Parcels will either have been sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. The links to both services tracking pages will be listed on the order despatch notification. What do I do if I have a Faulty Item?
If you have a faulty item call us on 01442 219700 or email sales @surprizeshpo.co.uk, you will asked to send a picture of the fault purely for our records. We will send a replacement free of charge if we have the item in stock, or we will arrange a refund or exchange.
How long will my order take to get to me?
If you opt for our standard shipping and are within the UK it is up to 5 working days, for the rest of the world it is up to 7. If you have opted for our express service it is 1-2 days for the UK and 2-3 days for the rest of the world.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you place an order and realise you have the wrong delivery address please call us immediately on 01442 219700.
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
We have a great relationship this our couriers that were hand selected by us for quality of delivery and speed, however occasionally things do go wrong. If you parcel arrives damaged please call us on 01442 219700 and report it to the driver who is delivering the parcel.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept both major card types Visa and Mastercard! Both Debit and Credit!
Can I personalise my products?
Yes on select products we can embroider your name or club logo! Look out for the ‘Personalise it’ button. The lead time for personalised products is not within our usual delivery window. We aim to deliver it as soon as possible however it may take up to 10 working days. If you require it urgently please give us a call!
A step by step guide to rewards
Step 1 – Make a purchase. For every £1 you spend you earn 10 reward points.

Step 2 – Keep earning points until you have enough to buy a product or use them to get a discount on your purchase.

Step 3 – Redeem your points at www.surprizeshop.co.uk. Click ‘Apply rewards points’ in the checkout.

Step 4 – enter the quantity of points you would like to spend and click ‘Apply points’. The discount will then be applied.

Step 5 – Enjoy your new Surprizeshop item!


Are there any things I can’t spend my rewards points on?
No, there are no exemptions. So long as you’re on www.surprizeshop.co.uk, spend away.

Do I need to use another payment method as well as my points to make a purchase even if I have enough points to buy a whole product?
No. If you’ve collected enough points, you can just use them.

How much money are my rewards points worth?
Every 500 points is worth £1.
