Free Delivery, Returns & Exchanges Available on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, carriage is £2.99. These will be sent out via Royal Mail or DPD & are shipped on fully trackable services! Order with Free Delivery are sent out via our standard 3 - 5 working days tracked service.
We also offer a U.K. Express Tracked Service with DPD at £4.99 which takes 1 - 2 working days with a 2 pm cut-off. In addition, we offer an Express Tracked Service for Saturday and Sunday delivery that has a cut-off at 2 pm on Friday and costs £9.99. These rates apply to the whole of the UK, Northern Ireland plus the islands including the Channel Isles. Click & Collect:We also offer a Click and Collect service where you can pick up your order 24 hours after it is placed online. It can be collected from our ladies golf store in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, just north of London. This is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday. Simply choose to 'Pick up in-store at the checkout.
Republic of Ireland:Free Delivery available on orders over £100. For Orders under £100 carriage is £10.00. These will be sent out via Royal Mail or DPD & are shipped on fully trackable services! Order with Free Delivery are sent out via our standard 4 - 7 working days tracked service. We also offer an express delivery service which is a flat rate of £14.00 and is a 2 - 3 working days service (Orders placed prior to 2 pm will be despatched the same day).

Simply request a return in the my account section of our shop, wait for us to approve & send over a free Royal Mail returns label. If you would like to exchange it for another item let us know in the same section so we can reserve the item for you. If the exchanged item is less expensive we will refund the difference, if the item is more expensive we can take an additional payment to cover the difference. In Order to receive a full refund any goods returned should be in a saleable condition with original packaging & labels not removed.
