Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail from other organisations as a result of ordering from us. When you purchase from Surprizeshop, we will ask you to input and will collect certain personal information from you including your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, contact telephone numbers (including mobile number), product selections and payment information (“Personal Information”). We ask for your mobile number in order to text you your delivery time should your order be being dispatched by courier due to its value or the timescale for delivery.
We will treat all your personal information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server within the EEA and we will fully comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation (including the Data Protection Act 1998) from time to time in place.
We may also collect, information about where you are on the internet (eg the URL you came from, IP address, domain types like .co.uk and .com), your browser type, the country and telephone area code where your computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit, the advertisements you clicked on, and any search terms that you entered on our website ("User Information").

DPD, our express courier, may take a photograph of your property on delivery in order to verify that your parcel has been delivered to the correct address.
