For UK deliveries we use DPD & Royal Mail, dependant on speed of delivery requested, package size/ weight & regional factors. For EU & ROW we use DPD & TNT/ FEDEX. Once we have shipped your order you will recieve an email with the courier tracking information so you can track it up to your doorstep.

We offer free 3-5 working day delivery to UK Mainland address on orders over £50. We also offer free delivery to Ireland on orders over £100. For EU & ROW visit our delivery & returns information page.

For UK Mainland order over £50 we offer free of charge returns with our Royal Mail returns label. View our returns page for instructions on how to process.

All shipments are prepaid with our delivery couriers. If you recieve a request for payment relating to an order from us please get in touch ASAP as this may be FAKE! When you reach out to our customer service team they can check & advise.

You can track your return via the Royal Mail website, once we have recieved your return we will process this ASAP for you. Please note during busy periods it can take up to 10 days to process your return. Once this is processed your refund should be back into your orignal payment method within 1-3 working days.

Yes, we have our own in house embroidery machines & team who can add a name, logo or any other information onto our products. Please get in touch so we can advise on how we can assist.
