1) BUST: Measure around the fullest part of the bust and straight across the back.
2) WAIST: Measure your waist at the narrowest point.
3) HIP: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your seat, about 20 cm below the waist.

Circumference of Hand: Measure below your knuckles on the back of your hand. On your palm the tape measure should run directly next to your thumb joint.
