No. Hosting a Surprizeshop Pop-Up is completely risk-free. There is no hire fee, no stock commitment, and no financial outlay from the club.

Yes. We require approval from the Club Professional and/or General Manager before attending. We’re happy to work with you to make this process straightforward.

Yes. We offer a 10% commission on all sales.
As standard, the person responsible for the retail operation at your golf club is given first refusal on this commission, as we are trading on their premises.
They may choose to retain the commission, or with their permission, we are happy to donate it to a charity associated with the event.

We usually bring four clothing rails, along with accessories and footwear. Ideally, we ask to borrow one or two tables for display, but we’re flexible and always work with the space available.

If the weather is nice, we’re very happy to set up outside.

We kindly ask that customers have access to the ladies’ changing rooms so they can try items on.

We bring everything needed, including:

• Stock and displays
• Rails and signage
• Our own experienced staff
• Card payment systems

You don’t need to organise anything other than the space.

We showcase a wide range of ladies’ golf brands, including Pure Golf and our Surprizeshop accessories, alongside well-known names such as Daily Sports, Nivo, Tail, Callaway, adidas, J.Lindeberg, Skechers, ECCO, and New Balance.

We usually bring a mix of new-season and sale lines, with selections based on current stock availability.

We aim to offer a wide price range, including both premium and value options, so there’s something for everyone.

No problem. We offer Home Delivery, so customers can still place an order and have it delivered directly to their door.

Yes, we kindly ask for convenient unloading access and nearby parking for our vehicle during the event.

Our availability to attend will be based on travel distance and the number of ladies attending the event.

We do attend events outside of the golf season, subject to availability. Off-season events such as coffee mornings can work very well.

As a family-run business, your event will usually be attended by a member of our family, most often Gemma or Chloe, with Haidan or Ellie occasionally attending. Our team specialises in ladies’ golf and is always friendly, approachable and professional. We kindly ask that our team is looked after while at your club.

We’re based just north of London in the South of England. The counties we are able to visit include:

Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Warwickshire,

with limited availability in parts of Dorset, Wiltshire, and Leicestershire.

If you’re outside of these areas, we may still be able to help by recommending another trusted company.

We recommend enquiring as early as possible, as dates fill quickly during peak ladies’ golf season.

No. We bring our own card payment systems and do not require Wi-Fi or mains power. We do, however, require a 4G or 5G mobile signal to process payments.

We accept card and contactless payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and American Express.
We are also able to accept cash payments, however card payments are preferred for the safety of our staff.

Yes, subject to availability and event viability. As a family-run business, we appreciate as much notice as possible for weekend events, and availability may be limited.

Yes, we can also provide digital assets like posters and social posts to help promote the event in advance.

Yes, absolutely. We’re very experienced at working around tee times, presentations, and catering schedules to fit seamlessly into your day.
We do ask to be the only golf clothing pop-up shop at the event.

If you need to cancel or postpone, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible, particularly for events requiring long-distance travel.

If your golf course is closed due to bad weather on the day of our attendance, we kindly ask that you keep us updated, as we may be travelling a significant distance.
We’re very experienced at working around the British weather and will always do our best to adapt on the day.

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance for all events
