Returns Information

At Surprizeshop, we offer an in house embroidery solution for most products. Our best selling personalised products are towels, luggage, polo shirts, jackets & mid layers. We can put a simple name on or even a logo for your club or business.

At Surprizeshop we offer embroidery but our inhouse team. We aim to processed your orders within our usual delivery time frames. If your order is large (Over 30 itmes) then it may take a little longer to process but our team will in touch with updates if there is any delay.

We can put anything (within reason) you would like onto most products. Our most popular choices are names, club logos & Business logos. We have lots of colour options in stock to match your requirments. For complex embroidery questions please get in touch!
