Once you have placed your order you will taken to an order confirmation page which will summarise your order along with our order number which you can use as reference when speaking to us. You Will also recieve an email confirmation from us confirming your order.

We understand that sometimes you may need to change the address for your order. However, this depends on the status of your order with our warehouse team. If you need to make changes, we recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible.

You can make a return via our returns portal. For UK Customers who placed an order over the value of £50 you can return your order Free of Charge with our provided Royal Mail Label.

We understand you may not have a label printer or normal printer at home, we offer a QR code that the post office can scan to print the label for you.

Dependant on your country & speed of delivery you chose at the checkout the speed of delivery will vary. Our Standard Delivery timeframes are 3-5 working days for UK Mainland & 4-7 working days for EU countries. For Rest of the World it is 4-10 working days.
