Orders
If you have any issues with your order, please contact our highly rated customer service team and they will be happy to help.
Your order is important to us! After placing your order, keep an eye out for a confirmation email. It might end up in your junk or spam folder.
If you can't locate it, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll gladly assist you in checking the status of your order.
Dependant on status of your order with our warehouse team we may be able to adjust your order.

If you can see the product online then we have them in stock unless clearly marked on the product page. In the rare case that we run out, we'll notify you promptly. Need a specific size? Let us know and we'll do our best to reserve it for you in our upcoming deliveries.

Returns & Refunds
We understand how frustrating a faulty or damaged product can be. Before returning the product, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us so that we can sort out the issue for you.
Our goal is to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, and we want to make sure we address any concerns you may have.
You are entitled to return the goods for a full refund within 21 days starting from when the goods were received.

- Simply visit our online Returns Portal or scan the QR code on your invoice which will direct you to the portal.
- Fill out the returns form online.
- This will then generate a QR code that you take to the post office who can print a returns label for you.

For UK Mainland, orders over £50 are free when using our Returns Portal.

Once we receive your return, it should be refunded back into your original payment method within 1 to 3 working days.
Shipping
For UK deliveries we use DPD & Royal Mail, dependant on speed of delivery requested, package size/ weight & regional factors. For EU & ROW we use DPD & TNT/ FEDEX. Once we have shipped your order you will recieve an email with the courier tracking information so you can track it up to your doorstep.
We offer free 3-5 working day delivery to UK Mainland addresses on orders over £50.
We also offer free delivery to Ireland on orders over £100.

All shipments are prepaid with our delivery couriers. If you receive a request for payment relating to an order from us please get in touch ASAP as this may be FAKE!
If you are unsure, please reach out to our customer service team they can advise.
You can track your return via the Royal Mail Tracking website.
Once we have received your return, we will process this ASAP for you.
Please note during busy periods it can take up to 10 days to process your return. Once this is processed your refund should be back into your original payment method within 1-3 working days.

If your size is out of stock on a product you wanted, get in touch with customer service team and we'll do our best to reserve it for you in our upcoming deliveries.

Personalisation
Yes! We have our own in house embroidery machines and team who can add a name, logo or any other information. See our Personalisation Category for golf apparel that we can add your message too.
Personalised or customized items can not be returned for a refund unless faulty. Any personalised product will be created in the exact text you put online and not subject to rights of cancellation.

Yes we do, visit our store in Hemel Hempstead for expert advise. Our store is open Mon-Fri 9-5. You can also order online with free click & collect instore.
